My experience with Nature’s Ride not only allowed me to understand sustainability issues better but helped me explain them to others in a clearer way.

Furthermore, the opportunities I got here helped me discover that sustainable pathways and discussion can be implemented into finance, which is my current career path. Therefore, my experience with Nature’s Ride has encouraged me to make others realize the importance of combining sustainability with any studies or activities they are doing.

Volunteering with Nature’s Ride has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me.

Before I volunteered, I did not know much about vermicomposting. I was taught everything I needed to know by the Nature’s Ride team and received training before going into schools. Everyone at Nature’s Ride was friendly, supportive, and available to answer any questions I had. I felt confident to deliver the workshops, and I’m so glad that I did! I have been so inspired working with children in schools because they are eager, excited, and curious to learn about worms and composting. Students want to positively impact the environment, and I am so happy that I can help them do that!
